Compensation 💸
Expected earnings for this role are $1,500 to $3,500 USD per month, inclusive of performance-based bonuses, depending on prior experience and qualifications.
👉 As our in-house recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive strategy aimed at hiring top sales talent. Given that our inbound job posts are already at full capacity, you’ll develop outbound and other innovative strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
🤝 Once you’ve identified promising candidates, you’ll guide them through our assessment process, ensuring they meet our standards and align with our company culture. You’ll communicate their strengths, weaknesses, and any reservations to our hiring manager.
