What is the application process for salespeople?
1οΈβ£ We review applications daily and if we see potential, we’ll send you a questionnaire to gauge suitability for the role and company culture. 2οΈβ£ Upon receiving your responses and reviewing your resume, we’ll schedule a brief 10 to 15-minute phone call. 3οΈβ£ Following that, we have two quick assessments to ensure cultural fit. For top candidates, we invite the top three in for a longer in-person interview lasting about an hour. 4οΈβ£ If successful, we proceed to a final round of interviews. π Despite the steps, the process is swift, typically taking around eight days from application to hire for those we’re interested in bringing on board. We move quickly for candidates we’re keen on having join our team.

How long it takes to receive your commission after signing a contract?
It varies depending on the deal type. On average, for fix-and-flip deals, you can expect to receive your commission in about four months, factoring in the time it takes to complete the renovation and sell the property.
Wondering what happens once you secure a deal?
Once the deal is signed, our dedicated team takes care of title work, financing, renovations, listing, and selling. Our focus is on maximizing your selling time, with training in between to ensure you can achieve optimal success. This streamlined process allows us to bring in more deals for each salesperson, benefiting both you and the company.
