What is the application process for salespeople?

1️⃣ We review applications daily and if we see potential, we’ll send you a questionnaire to gauge suitability for the role and company culture. 2️⃣ Upon receiving your responses and reviewing your resume, we’ll schedule a brief 10 to 15-minute phone call. 3️⃣ Following that, we have two quick assessments to ensure cultural fit. For top candidates, we invite the top three in for a longer in-person interview lasting about an hour. 4️⃣ If successful, we proceed to a final round of interviews. πŸ‘‰ Despite the steps, the process is swift, typically taking around eight days from application to hire for those we’re interested in bringing on board. We move quickly for candidates we’re keen on having join our team.
