Compensation 💸
$24,000 to $36,000 USD annually, plus up to $200/month in commissions. This role offers a strong performance-based structure that rewards consistent lead generation and hiring results.
👉 As Marketing Director, you’ll build a high-performance marketing engine that fills our pipeline with ready-to-act sellers and aligned candidates. You’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns, tools, and vendor partnerships that turn attention into action.
🎯 Launching and managing marketing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, email, postcards, Indeed, and more.
✍️ Write and refine content that captures attention and drives action.
